HISTORY Our original location in Big Flats, NY was ESTABLISHED IN 1969 by Lance & Barbara Walker. Their first products included Coleman (now Fleetwood) tent trailers, travel trailers, and truck caps. The business was established on a simple, straight forward sales approach backed by quality customer service. In 1990, with the help of their son Scott, they had the opportunity to open a second location in Victor, NY. Following the lead of his parents, Scott continues to run the business with a customer oriented approach. In 2007, after 40 years in the business, Lance has decided to reitre. With that, we have closed the Big Flats store and consolidated everything to Victor. Even with the major changes, Scott, with the help of his sister Wendy, continue the tradition started so long ago. SALES APPROACH Shopping for a trailer or truck cap should be fun, that's why we use a no-dicker approach to sales. We would rather spend time helping you find what you need rather than haggling over price. Our sales people (mostly family) have many years of camping experience that they want to pass on to you. Sales people are not on commission. We won't be calling you at home to get you to "buy now"! We avoid using the "super store" approach and imaginary show specials. Rather than putting our efforts into a "traveling road show", our attention is placed upon service and promoting the benefits of our products. Our customers deserve our best service at all times SHOWROOM Over the years, one thing that has set us apart from other dealers is our dedication to tent trailers. At both locations, we have 10-15 units set-up inside. In Victor, we have created our "FAMILY ADVENTURES" showroom. Here you can see all the trailers with the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. Many families visit each year just to see what new things we have done in the showroom. AWARDS Over the years, our commitment to our customers has lead to many awards. In sales, we have consistently been among the top Fleetwood Folding Trailers dealers in region, including TOP DEALER IN THE NORTHEAST and a (TOP TEN) NATIONAL DEALER RANKING. With A.R.E., Inc., we have achieved a PLATINUM DEALER RANKING, which places us among the top 100 in the country. Our service is measured customer-by-customer and summarized in a CSI (Customer Service Index) rating, a percent of satisfied customers. Since the inception of the CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD program, we have achieved a consistent rating at or near 100%.
